Managing incoming orders

All new orders arrive in the On-Demand orders tab under Orders. This includes orders from your Storefront, Uber Eats and Thuisbezorgd.

Viewing orders

  • The tab always opens on today's date. To see another day, click Today to open the calendar and choose a date.
  • A sound plays for every new order. With a connected printer you can also print receipts automatically (see Connecting a receipt printer).

Pickup, delivery and own delivery

Every order is clearly marked as Pickup, Delivery or Own Delivery, so you can see at a glance how it needs to be fulfilled.

Order status

If auto-print is enabled, new orders move to Preparing automatically. Move each order to the correct status by clicking the button or swiping the ticket.

Cancelling an order

Click the three dots on the order and select Cancel order.

Orders are not printing?

Check in the On-Demand orders tab that your printer is connected. If not, click Connect printer, select your printer and click Connect. The printer is connected when the auto-print toggle and other printer settings are visible.
