Supported printers and devices

The following setup is tested and recommended by SOUS:

  • Printer: Epson TM-m30III
  • Tablet: Lenovo Tab TB311XU or Lenovo Tab TB311FU
  • Connection: USB or USB-C only. Bluetooth and network printing are not supported.

The printer can also be connected to a Windows laptop, Mac or Chromebook. Compatibility then depends on whether the device supports USB data transfer and on the software and drivers in use. On Windows the printer driver usually needs to be reset once (see Printer not connecting: reset the Windows driver).

iPads and iPhones are not supported.
